Horizons Adventurers
We are very excited for Community Visions, LLC's newest department that will operate outside of regular program hours!

Horizons Adventurers currently offers Community Coaching services and is designed for individuals who need 1:1 supports to build a skill or set of skills to address a barrier while in the community.
Individuals are offered a variety of opportunities with volunteering when available, working on behavior modification, relationship building and social skills, safety skills, self-management and personal care needs, etc. while ensuring the individuals' safety through 1:1 supervision.

Evenings and Weekends
Hours are offered beginning at 3:00 pm during the weekdays and starting as early as 8:00 am on the weekends.
