TECHNOLOGY
In order to provide the most effective and efficient services, Community Visions, LLC embraces the use of technology throughout its programs. By integrating technology throughout organizational systems, we are able to do our job more efficiently which allows us to put the focus where it belongs - on the persons we support.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Community Visions, LLC promotes the health and safety of the persons we support by maintaining exceptional internal quality assurance measures that exceed state regulations. Maintaining the health and safety of the persons we support is our number one priority. We closely monitor individuals' needs with a comprehensive electronic healthcare records management system. In addition, we consult with an independently contracted registered nurse who monitors medication storage and administration procedures and training.
DIGNITY
We believe that all individuals have intrinsic value as human beings and must be treated with dignity and respect. We do this through the encouragement and promotion of a culture of self-determination and People First language. We create an environment where supported persons can voice their opinions and exercise control over their lives. Persons in our programs are encouraged and supported to advocate for themselves. At Community Visions, LLC participants are involved in choosing on-site and community activities, developing the menu, and scheduling classes and performance.
COMMUNICATION
Community Visions, LLC believes in administering a transparent program through open, honest, and frequent communication with family members, communities, program administrators, and other stakeholders. We work to set high standards of community throughout our programs. We encourage the active involvement of families and stakeholders, and provide opportunities for everyone to be involved through the development of family support groups and stakeholder satisfaction surveys. No one can care for your loved one like you can, and we respect that and value you as a team member.
COMMUNITY INTEGRATION
We define high quality programs by our ability to offer the persons we support as many opportunities as possible to participate in the community. We assist supported persons in participating in activities unique to their interestes and preferences.
We do more than just access community resources. We work with supported persons to identify their preferences. Participants lead rich, full lives where they are exposed to many community-based activities including nontraditional experiences and and engagements. Supported persons are immersed in the community in an effort to create community connections leading to natural supports and feeling of belonging and worth.
