We are so happy to be back! We are currently in the process of re-opening and have welcomed back many of our program participants.

We are also accepting referral applications for individuals that are seeking day support services!

At Community Visions, LLC we remain committed to providing exceptional day support services to the individuals we support while also being dedicated to maintaining their health and safety. We have several COVID-19 safety protocols in place in order to support our program participants during this time.

COVID-19 Vaccination

All current program participants and staff are fully vaccinated. New participants will be asked to become fully vaccinated before joining the program.

Daily Temperature checks and PPE

Daily temperature checks are performed for program participants and staff
Masks are required to be worn by all program participants
All staff are equipped with N95 masks

How We’re Enforcing Social Distancing

Participants are spaced throughout the sites in small groups
Sites are physically sectioned off to prevent wandering and unnecessary interactions.
Sites have numerous rooms where participants are able to spend time and avoid crowding in one large area.

Enhanced Cleaning Protocols

ElectroStatic disinfectant sprayers are used throughout the entire space in the morning and in the afternoon after the program closes.
Automatic hand sanitizers are mounted throughout the sites
All surfaces (tabletops, doorknobs, remote controls, computer keyboards/mice, light switches, sinks, countertops, books, programming items) are thoroughly disinfected at the site using disinfectant wipes before the program participants arrive and after they have all left

PROGRAMMING ACTIVITIES

Community Visions is running on-site and community programming while practicing social distancing. Community Activities are scheduled to less populated, outdoor activities to ensure health and safety during this time.
